4. Custom Orders

When custom orders are available:

  • The full payment is required upfront to begin working on the build.

  • Once the build begins, the order is non-refundable.

  • Estimated lead times are provided, but not guaranteed.

  • The orders will be made according to the specifications that are agreed upon by us and the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests outside our scope of work.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Info
