This was my 3rd attempt at making an S-Grind knife. After several mishaps I finally managed to get this knife to function nicely. The grind is more inclined towards food release rather than cutting performance.
It has a few small blemishes here and there, and the finish isn’t sublime. So I am not charging full price for this!
Important: The handle is not glued, it is friction fit!

AEB-L is a stainless steel with a great balance of hardness, toughness, and corossion resistance. It is very easy to sharpen and maintain. If you are going to be using your knife a lot and don’t want to baby it around this is the right steel for you!
